My two favorites have been DISCUS and LiveFyre. Discus creates a login gateway where commenters can more easily like and reply to other commenters. There's also some much more efficient spam protection with DISCUS.

LiveFyre integrates both Facebook and Twitter commenting into your WordPress comments, so that if your post is shared on Facebook, it aggregates the comments directly into the comment section of your post at your blog. Ditto this for Twitter.

Additionally, if you're looking for just Facebook comment integration, you can use the official Facebook plugin for WordPress, which allows both Facebook logins and Facebook commenting to your blog posts.
