Patient Presentation: Mr. Johnson
Mr. Johnson, a 68-year-old male with a history of hypertension and ischemic cardiomyopathy, presented to the emergency department with a two-day history of worsening dyspnea, orthopnea, and bilateral lower extremity edema.
